Our payment processor has further narrowed the scope of impact to customers utilizing the TSYS merchant platform for their merchant services. They are no longer observing transaction processing errors and we will consider this incident resolved.

Our payment processing partner is reporting that merchant processing has been stable. We will continue to monitor the platform for further errors.

We have been informed by our payment processing partner that they are investigating an issue where customers are experiencing some delays or failures when trying to process transactions with FlashValet or FlashPARCS. FlashParking will monitor our payment processing partner for further updates.

This issue only effects those merchants processing credit cards in the USAePay payment gateway.
